PRIVACY POLICY
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1 This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") intends to stipulate how the Operator uses and protects any data that you give to the Operator when using the Services.
1.2 This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and terms and conditions of the Terms of Service, in particular, without limitation, its interpretation clauses, shall apply to the Privacy Policy as well. Unless the context implies otherwise, terms and definitions of this Privacy Policy with capital letter in the beginning shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Service which are published on this website. It is therefore in your best interest to consult the Terms of Service before you read this Privacy Policy and no liability may be imposed upon the Operator for you not having done that.
1.3 The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend or replace any part of this Privacy Policy. It is your own responsibility to check this Privacy Policy at any time you access the Services. Your access to the Services following the Changes of any part of this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the Changes.
1.4 The content you submit to the Services for processing (such as the URLs, text, code or files you provide to be processed) is used solely to provide the Services to you. The Operator claims no ownership of that content, does not retain or store it beyond what is necessary to provide the Services to you, and does not use it for any other purpose.
2. CONSENT
2.1 If you consent to providing your personal data to the Operator or its agency, you entitle the Operator to collect, use and communicate such personal data in compliance with this Privacy Policy in a manner and way required or permitted by the laws of the Czech Republic, without any effect to the Section "2.2" below. Such consent is required to use the Services.
2.2 You may consent to receiving commercial electronic information from the Operator or its business partners. You are entitled to withdraw such your consent at any time.
3. COOKIES
3.1 Like many websites, this website uses "cookie" technology to maintain User's session state, collect additional website usage data and to improve the Services. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. The Operator may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Services, to monitor aggregate usage by Users and web traffic routing on the Services, and to improve the Services.
3.2 The Operator uses Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to collect aggregate, non-identifying statistics about how Users interact with the Services (such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referral source). Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers on your device and may transfer the collected data to, and store it on, Google's servers. This processing is performed by Google under its own terms and policies, over which the Operator has no control. For details on how Google collects and processes such data, see Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. CHILDREN PROTECTION
4.1 The Services are not directed to people under the age of thirteen (13) years. If you become aware that your child or anyone else who is under the age of thirteen (13) years has provided the Operator with personal data without your consent or the consent of his guardian, please contact the Operator without undue delay. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of thirteen (13) years. If the Operator becomes aware that a child under the age of thirteen (13) years has provided the Operator with personal data, the Operator takes steps to remove such data.
5. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTY
5.1 In the event that the Operator is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your personal data may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
5.2 If the circumstances so require, a third party may use your personal data, but in any case only for the purpose of providing the Services. The Operator cannot fully secure protection of such used personal data. Such third party may have its own privacy policy which is out of control of the Operator and therefore the Operator is not liable for practices, interferences and policies of such third party relating to the protection of personal data.
5.3 The above terms and conditions regarding provision of personal data to a third party do not relate to transfer of personal data required by mandatory laws of the Czech Republic.
6. AUTOMATED-TRAFFIC PROTECTION (CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE)
6.1 To protect the Services against automated abuse, spam and other malicious traffic, the Operator uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection and CAPTCHA-alternative service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare"). When you use parts of the Services protected by this technology, Cloudflare Turnstile may collect and process technical information about your device, browser and connection (such as your IP address, user-agent and other browser and operating-system characteristics, and interaction signals) and may read or set client-side tokens, in order to determine whether a request originates from a human or an automated agent. This processing is performed by Cloudflare under its own terms and policies, over which the Operator has no control. For details on how Cloudflare collects and processes such data, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
